British Columbia

Organic regulation is enforced in British Columbia by the Certified Associations of BC (COABC) only for those wishing to be certified or carry the “BC Certified Organic” logo

Quebec

Quebec has a provincial organic standard and regulations which require Quebec organic products to be certified by a body accredited by the Conseil des appellations agroalimentaires du Québec (CAAQ)

Other Provinces

All other provinces currently have voluntary standards.
Products traded inter-provincially are subject to Canada Organic Regulations.
