Organic Council of Ontario is the voice of organics in the province. We work with colleagues at the regional, provincial, national and international levels on issues relevant to sustainability of our food systems. While policy work seems dull and dry, it is where the foundations of our food system find their footing. Strong policies that support sustainable practice and encourage organic production are good for all Ontarians.
